Grooming gang: "Expulsion will violate my family's rights" | infodesk4n

Two gang members convicted of teen sexual abuse in Britain are trying to block the government's decision to deport them for human rights abuses.

In 2012, a Crown Court in Liverpool, UK, sentenced a group of nine Rochdale men to four to 19 years of imprisonment for sexually abusing underage girls.

The men were accused of luring underage girls to have sex. He gave alcohol and drugs to these young women and then used them not only to seduce them, but also to give them to other people.

The court sentenced the gang leader to 19 years in prison. The court ordered the man's identity to be kept secret.

At the time, Interior Minister Theresa May ordered the deportation of four dual citizens after serving their sentences.

The condemned had challenged the Interior Minister's decision in court, which they had not done.

Two members of the group, Qari Abdul Rauf and Adil Khan, are trying to avoid their expulsion by resorting to Article 8 of the EU Convention. His position is that his expulsion from the country would violate his family's rights.

Most of the sentenced Asian men were of Pakistani descent, while one was from Afghanistan.

Judge Gerald Clifton ruled that all defendants were motivated by sexual desire and greed. The judge told the defendant that he treated the young women as if they had no respect and were useless members of society.
